About us
Our solution is to show young people and adults that skipping is great fun. We can all learn to do it … and we can all get fit doing it!
Skipping's fun for everyone. Boxers do it. Athletes do it. Footballers do it. Everyone can do it.
The great thing about skipping is that it's inclusive - it's not just for the sporty kids. Time and time again, children who are the last to get chosen for team games pick up a skipping rope and discover a talent they never dreamt they could master.
At Skipping School, we teach skills that will last a lifetime, and lay the foundations for improved self-esteem, better health and greater fitness. Our skipping routines encourage children to play together for mutual benefit. This in turn leads to an improvement in communication skills and generates an overall positive behaviour.
Whether it's individual skipping routines or playground games … we'll show you how to improve your skills and have a great time doing it! Sessions can be created to suit the needs of young children, young people and adults - no one is too young or too old to have fun getting fit!

• All our Coaches are individually CRB checked at 'enhanced disclosure' level, and carry the appropriate level of Public Liability Insurance cover.
• As a Company, we are registered with the British Rope Skipping Association (BRSA), and each of our Coaches holds their own individual membership. As for training, as each new Coach joins the Company, they are given extensive training, and attend BRSA courses and attain certificates in skipping tuition at ‘beginners, intermediate and advanced’ levels.
• We provide all the skipping ropes for each training session, and also retail them individually and/or in 'bulk purchase' sets.
• We operate across the North of England and the Midlands working with many Local Education Authorities. Most of our appointments come through sponsorship from the School Sports Co-ordinator Programme, where we have secured numerous long-standing working relationships.
